Roles & Permissions

In this documentation, we will understand how to create roles and permissions for your team members on our BotSpace dashboard. Follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: From your Dashboard’s Homepage, click on ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Click on ‘Roles & Permissions’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Create role’.

Step 4: Enter the Role Name and Description and set the permissions for the role and click on ‘Create role’.

Congrats! You have now successfully created roles and permissions.
