Contact properties store information about your contacts, such as their email address or their address or their current status. On BotSpace, you can create custom Contact Properties with which you can choose to store any information about your contacts.
Follow the steps mentioned below in order to create Contact Properties:
Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’.
Step 2: Click on ‘Contact Properties’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Create a Property’.
Step 4: Enter the required details, i.e., Property type, Property Name and Property Description and then, click on ‘Create’ to create the contact property.
There you go! The Contact Property is created.
Now, your created Contact Properties will reflect in your Inbox and you can anytime enter the required details inside those Contact Properties.
